I take it that artillery firing cannonballs at a building use the first column when figuring fire results as it says “on the other hand” and would also get the stationary +1 if they hadn’t moved

Can artillery prep fire and still be able to prolong during the movement phase?

Can artillery pivot and then prolong forward
1. Pivot only (reoriented) no prolong
2. Pivot and advance 2UD
3. Pivot and move half prolong 1UD.
