Not yet. Last words were "Working on spanish version on the short term, british version maybe later".

My guess is that it's because there's a lot of rules already available in English.

I will start working on the english translation soonly.
I'm searching guys who can help me to translate the historical part of the army lists.
It is possible to use Google translate for that and then correct it.
If the work can be split in several users, it can be not a huge workload.
Let me know if you are ready to help me.
