Consider a cavalry division with Attack orders consisting of two units of cavalry. They have an enemy infantry unit, already in square in charge range.
1. May only one of the units declare a charge in order to fulfill the "half of the units in good order" requirement?
2. May the unit(s) which declared a charge use the "halting a cavalry charge" control test on page 43 even though the infantry has not changed formation?
3. If the answer to both 1 and 2 is "yes" does this halted charge fulfill the attack order requirement?

Thank you! I thought this might be the case.
