Rockets

Ate rockets being badly treated in the BE rules? Accounts of their use in 1813 shows them to be quite effective. While they are described as being somewhat inaccurate, the idea that they might explode and the battery be destroyed seems unreasonable. I can find no account of this happening. Neither can I find any mention of rockets hitting friendly troops. This latter does seem slightly more probable.
