Moving supports > allowed distance

A unit can wheel up to 45 degrees to charge. A support can move with it as long as it remains in the same relative position. If the support unit is on the outside of the wheel, and the distance it has to move to remain in the same relative position exeeds its movement allowance, can it still move in support?

No that's version 1 in Version two, part of the target of the charge has to be within 45° of the unit declaring the charge ( see page 37). It then moves along a line( axis) connecting the centres which means its perfectly possible to go move more than 45° with the unit( see the example on the same page). However the question is about the supporting units so yes there maximum moving distance for the supporting units, it is the normal move plus 2UD and hence if because its on the outside of the charging units move it can't stay in a position of support it can't move with the charging unit.
