when an off table division is in reserve, the c-c pays a pip to activate a reserve, and places a order token (at point of entry)

is this placed face up?
what defines the sectors? is it the same as terrain setup sectors
when it moves as a result of enemy proximity can it be completely different sector ? (in the next turn)

It is placed face down
The sectors are the same as for terrain setup
It can be moved in a different sector if ennemy approach
