Cossacks - Combat factor of 0

Cossacks have a special rules one of which is

"They have a combat factor of zero." pg 228

I thought every thing had a combat factor of 0 then you added the relevant modifiers and 1d6?

Seems reasonable to me, after all they were pretty useless on the battlefield.

I think it refers to the +1/+2/+3 you get if you are LC/MC/HC.
They are not classed in the troop definitions as LC so some players might make the mistake of assuming they are and give them the +1.

Cossack do not benefit with charge bonus (+1 for LC) nor for Attack order bonus (+1)
